Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
BaseOne ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our contact form — your name, work email, company, role and message.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as approximate location and device type, used only to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss working together.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where you have asked to be contacted, your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We use trusted processors to run our site and email (including SendGrid for message delivery and our hosting provider). They act on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to it. To exercise any right, email hello@baseone.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
